memerlukan satu perasaan bahawa umat manusia dijadikan dengan keadaan mulia,
dipertangung jawabkan sebagai khalifah dimuka bumi yang membuat kebajikan sesama mereka
dan dengan makhlok-makhlok yang lain.
Bagaimana Kita Melihat Pelajar SAR masakini Sekali imbas generasi pelajar merupakan satu barisan bakal menjadi pemimpin kepada keluarga, masyarakat dan negara pada masa akan datang.Mereka akan menerajui dan membuat keputusan bagi kehidupan mereka sekali gus merancang untuk memenuhi keperluan genarasi seterusnya mengikut kacamata mereka.Ia merupakan satu ulangan dari apa yang sekian lama berlaku kepada sejarah manusia.Mengimbau kembali apa yang telah manusia lakukan kepada generasi-genarasi terkemudian mereka, terlalu banyak boleh diperkatakan dan terlalu sukar hendak dinilai kerana terdapat berbagai-bagai pengukur yang diciptakan dari masa kesemasa.Tidak terkecuali kepada generasi ummat Islam yang sentiasa menghadapi komlek penilaian.Nilai material dan nilai spiritual selalu dijadikan batu ukur. Melalui pendidikan seharusnya pelajar dibelai sebagai satu asset yang boleh menjadi penyumbang kepada generasinya dan pembimbing generasi selepasnya.Sebagai asset mereka perlu dihargai dan digilap sebaik yang mungkin menurut apa yang sepatutnya.Perkara pokok yang perlu ada kepada mereka sama seperti setiap Muslim ialah peribadi tiada mengharap kepada lain setelah mengharap sepenuhnya kepada Allah.Semua adalah datang dari Allah dan Allah telah sedia mengajar mereka untuk berkelakuan dan beradap di dunia ini melalui ajaran-ajaran pada Quran, hadith dan kesepakatana para ulama.Ilmu yang berlandas tersebut dapat di adun untuk menjadi mahklok yang kariatif dan inovatif sepanjang kehidupanya. Jadi sebagai pelajar seharusnya mempunyai kesedaran mahu belajar dan diajar dan sedia mempraktiskan disiplin yang terkandung didalamnya didalam persekitaran yang memungkinkan.Perkembangan diri harus diukur melalui nilai kebolehan berkariatif dan ciri inovatif mereka yang berlandaskan ibadat kepada Allah dan menjadi peyumbang kebajikan kepada kedua orang tua mereka sepanjang hayatnya.Pelajar SAR merupakan sebahagian daripada asset yang perlu dihargai sedemikian rupa. INTRODUCTION On surfing into SAR web, it requires a comprehensive conception that every human kind was purposely created to roam on earth with its clear mission to become a leading creature and thereby to be more humane among themselves and also among other living creatures. Islam calls for it believers to learn and practice the teachings of it from the day he was born until the end of the day without distinct exception. Compulsory knowledge is a priority which has to be inherited from one generation to another. Subordinate knowledge is to ensure the survival of ummah comes to its scope. Thus, a lot of educational institution have been erected among Muslim society all over the world including here in Malaysia. As a result, SAR emerges with its own perspectives and mission in this phenomenon. We may discover the spirit and responsibility among parents and guides towards their children so as to become a nice perfect human even after their death. They might become a treasure to people and even to family. We may find the elements of time sacrifice, work force and even personal belongings among whom who acknowledges the importance of religious geared donation all throughout their entire lives. Here in SAR, there is a spirit of knowledge which will be benefited and remain unforgettable. SAR is simply a message to signify the mission of giving and receiving beneficial knowledge as well as expanding continual donated properties with its sole purpose of listing some great contributions to the ummah development of high quality according to the perspectives of Islam and compared to the appropriate universal values and the millennium of it. Through its platform, it must be adequately viewed as a predecessor to continue the sacred goal from one generation to another and it must be laid under the conceptions of contemporary needs. An Outlook on today's SAR Cadres The cadres, at the glimpse, are expected to be the future leaders primarily to family, society and finally to the country. Their final decision regarding life may accommodate the requirements to the future generation in their own point of view. This is merely a repetition in human history. On estimating the past grandiose designs towards the later generations, it seems quite indescribable and thus, less assessments can be drawn out due to the difference of its standard concerning the material and spiritual values. The cadres in SAR must therefore be regarded as a future treasure who are disposed to contribute something beneficial to the contemporary generation and become a role- model to the next ones. As other Muslims do, they have to be obsessed in their spirit with the belief of endless sincerity and being benevolent. They behave in lines with the teachings in Qur'an hadith and Irma' Ulama' as well in order to be creative and innovative in their entire life. As a disciples in the same range of other cadres, they have to realize the regularity in learning and to be preceded and in the end to discipline themselves according the teachings which encircle the exact millenium of Islam. Finally, the SAR cadres must, at the highest level, be revered by public based on the position of nobility and dignity. New Faces Bring New Outlook Into SAR This is a manuscript entitled "New Faces Bring New Outlook" whereby I capitalize on as a basis to expiate on the religious school teachers' personalities before the eyes of today's society. The images projected upon them is no longer inefficient and feckless manpower. Society, without discreet judgement, has shown suspicious looks. The society are then obsessed by scurrilous invectives and this typical one seem to have a lot lost in their wild world. In default of temporary conception wave, especially among those unequal between worldly and sacred revealed knowledge, they are likely to be absorbed fiercely indeed by disgracefully perception on their mind. People have yet to look at religious school teachers beyond its cliches which I suppose to have been prevailing throughout the country so fiercely since even before independence until the end of the seventies. I'm not that interested in elaborating on the cradle of its major causes. The skeptical frowning eyes have prodigiously decimated nowadays soon after people started to realize the manage and also its pessimism which is coming unresistably on its own way against the young generation everywhere. The moral consciousness, as a matter of fact, do correlate with the existing roles of religious school institutions. And thus, out of the undertone of profound fear, the so-acalled parents have therefore realized, at the closest glance, the oncoming unproductive activities by youngsters whom I prefer as the underworld of their far-away world. These typical youngsters are not anymore alleged to ensure every single sort of vicious and diabolic wasteful and sinful social illness. To name but some, who don't aware the still proliferating existence of Bohsia and Bohjan, loafing phenomenon, road racing and abandoned infants entailed by incest or illegal sexual intercourse. Thrilling enough! From another vantage-point, the entity of all private religious educational institution have some reference to the actual and common belief among natives between moral and religious practice in deep concerted manners. This, of course, connects with the prerogative among particular teachers to implant the process of reliability of young generation in the sense of the equality between industrial country and the high moral values. In all conscience, on leaving all the options open, mass may surely have identified the significant distinction between these two schools - the so called religious and government schools. Teachers at all stages and the whole staffs across the board must thoroughly practice sound approach and tactful attitude to enable pupils to see the true cross-section of it. It may concern every aspect in everyday life and routine. This hopefully will point up the straightforward bond between human beings and Allah the Almighty in order to get themselves attached to His laws and regulation for the prosperity and tranquility of the universe. In short, the major priority of all the religious private school teachers is to become competent in school compound as well as good immortal quintessence in Islamic way of life elsewhere. On the other hand, those teachers, bar none, come from either domestic or foreign distinguished varsities with of course distinctly prominent competence pertinent to endless commitment in their educational realm. Lots of them are accomplished enough in their respective discipline. The education that counts here covers all including the religious, academic and vocational subjects as well. As far as everyone is concerned, they have so far been showing overwhelming penchant for their careers on end.
